Made to order
Most Rafaiel pieces are knit to order in our New York studio. Please allow one to two weeks for your order to be made and shipped. A few pieces, such as some of our shirts, ship within 1 to 3 business days; each product page shows the timing for that item. You will receive an email with tracking when your order ships.
Shipping costs
- Free UPS shipping on orders over $300 (USD).
- For orders of $300 or less, any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
If you need your order by a particular date, please contact us before ordering and we will tell you what is possible.
Delivery times
After your order ships, delivery usually takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination. This is in addition to the time needed to make your order.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States and to: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
Duties and taxes
Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. For some international destinations, estimated import duties and taxes are shown and charged at checkout. Any other duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
