US SHIPPING
rafaielknitwear.com offers complimentary standard shipping to (and exchanges from) addresses within the United States. Orders for expedited (2-3 days) or next-day shipping are available for an additional charge. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please note that once an order is placed, it is not able to be amended.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
rafaielknitwear.com offers complimentary International Express shipping on all orders. Please note that we do not cover DUTY/IMPORT TAXES for any country at this time.

EXCHANGES
rafaielknitwear.com accepts unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged exchanges within 14 days of the item’s ship date, with all original tags attached. Please note : ALL GARMENTS PURCHASED DURING OUR HOLIDAY AND END OF SEASON SALES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR EXCHANGES.

PREORDERS
Items available for preorder appear with the option to “Preorder” rather than “Add to Bag”; the estimated delivery window for each item is located on the product page within the description.
